This website, www.tiptoporders.co.nz, is operated by He’s Wright Limited (“He’s Wright”), an independent contractor to Tip Top Ice Cream Company Limited (“Tip Top”).
The website is provided to assist authorised business customers in ordering Tip Top ice cream and frozen products.

These terms relate to the operation and use of this website. Any separate trading, credit or supply agreement between you and Tip Top continues to apply.

Once the delivery has been completed, the invoice has been signed by the customer and the Sales Representative has departed the premises, the invoice is finalised and locked in the Tip Top computer system.
At this point, products cannot be removed from the completed invoice or returned through the normal delivery process.
Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to check both their order confirmation email and the products being delivered before signing the invoice.
This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable New Zealand law.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are generally made in accordance with your established delivery arrangements and service schedule.
Requested delivery dates or times are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
Delivery may be affected by stock availability, weather, vehicle breakdowns, road conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must ensure that appropriate arrangements are available for receiving and storing frozen products.
